5)Dolphins Class (25 meters):

- Full Front Crawl with breathing for 25m (no catch-up, arm bent in recovery phase)
- Breaststroke legs for 25m
- Breaststroke arms for 25m
- Breaststroke basic timing for 25m (2s glide)
- Dolphin kick for 15m with hands by the side
- Tread water using breaststroke kick for 20s
- Rotate 360 degrees without touching the pool floor
Additional skills:
- Swim through a submerged hoop, collect dive sticks unaided (1.5m)

6)Sharks Class (50meters):
