Make new friends this year in the fun-filled atmosphere of our Camps.
As a part of the program, we don't offer only sports activities but we offer also a few hours weekly other activities in the art of survival, first aid, lifesaving, safety city, integration games, and Olympic competitions.
The children have 4 theme camps to choose from, each filled with a range of sports activities.
It is not only fun but additional knowledge and a range of skills that can save health or even life.
Set your kid's imagination and adventurous spirits free as they learn about the natural environment and the important skills of survival.
They’ll have a BLAST at this camp!
A survivor theme camp is a great way to keep your kids busy this summer while making sure they learn important (and life-saving) skills. Activities range from basic nature/environmental education to true survival skills. Kids will gain confidence and comfort in being outdoors while having a great time and staying active.
Our trained instructors are excited to share these ancient skills with your child.
Learning these timeless traditions, such as native shelter building and fire-by-friction, helps to build self-esteem and awareness from knowing YOU CAN SURVIVE! This class is 100% hands-on and very active. Everything your kids learn, they will do – no indoor classrooms or long lectures. This is a great opportunity to pull your kids and teens away from the television, computer, and electronic devices, and get them excited about the wilderness.
In short: this camp theme is about getting back to the earth, learning how our ancestors lived in harmony with our planet, and experiencing nature to its fullest.
There is something here for every child – come with an open mind and be ready to have fun!
The summer Olympics are here this Summer to build excitement in kids with Olympic-themed sports and arts and crafts. Whether your child is an aspiring gymnast or a simple admirer of the world’s finest athletes, they’ll be sure to leap into this Olympic fun.
Just like in the real Olympics, it’s all about sportsmanship and doing your best.
It doesn’t have to be about who wins. It’s about having fun and being active.
We've created also special Olympic-themed challenges for your kids! As they complete each of the activities on the list, they can work their way to winning "The Gold"! We have many fun ideas for them to choose from, inspired by the summer games that your kids will love it. They will create symbols of the Olympics from the Olympic rings, Olympic torch, and Olympic medals too.
Let the Olympics begin!!
The main focus of this camp theme is to teach children how to be safe in varying situations building First Aid skills and awareness to kids.
Preparing children to become independent and self–sufficient individuals, it is important they learn some of the basic life-saving skills for emergency situations.
The emergency situation often arrives without any warning and if you are not prepared for them, it might turn hazardous. In addition to having learned life-saving skills, we teach your child to use his common sense and make the best use of his presence of mind without panicking. In this way, he will be able to react wisely if he finds himself in any such situation in his life.
We believe there are lifesaving skills that kids must learn
- Swimming (check our swim camps on our website www.iswim.ie)
- CPR
- How to React to Sting
- Providing Aid for Heart Attack
- Controlling Bleeding
- Help with Choking
- Treating a Burn
- Treating Low Blood Sugar
- Treating Shock
- Treating Heart Stroke
Hopefully, your child will never need to put these life-saving skills into play. But in case there is an emergency, your child will know how to react and what to do. It is always good to gain knowledge and the confidence to use these skills so that you stay safe and save someone's life if necessary.
Knowledge is power and can save a child’s life. Feed them the power to know how to be safe
in numerous situations.
Bring your children to iCamp to ensure they know what to do when faced with a tough decision or emergency.
Safety City theme camp uses hands-on activities to teach children about many different aspects of safety and injury prevention to teach them how to be safe in their community.
Each student is taught adapted to the age basic rules of traffic and pedestrian safety, fire prevention, poison prevention, and stranger awareness.
What would your children do in a fire? How would they behave if someone wanted to kidnap them? Do they know what to do when someone tied their hands? Do they know the proper steps for crossing the street safely?
Children learn how to make wise decisions in potentially dangerous situations and share information on dealing with bullies and stranger danger, as well as how to handle emergencies in their young lives.
Safety is the key message in all of our programs.
A bicycle and helmet are required for this theme camp.
